Assignment anticipated duration is up to March 2026 Potential Extension Attractive Hourly Rate Super Location : Adelaide City Working Arrangements: Hybrid Anticipated Working Hours: Monday – Friday: Regular Business Hours Ideal Start date: ASAP Work Rights: Full work rights in Australia About the role The Digital Implementation (DI) Program Change Manager ensures that the DI Projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. The role focuses on the people side of the change, which involves preparing, supporting, and equipping people to adopt and use changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organisation structure. The DI Program Change Manager will develop and implement change management strategies and plans to maximise employee adoption and usage of required change. This includes plans and efforts to anticipate and minimise resistant behaviours from employees and stakeholders who are impacted by the changes. Key Accountabilities Strategic Change Planning: Develops and implements structured change management strategies aligned with organisational goals. Sponsorship Enablement: Builds and sustains strong sponsor coalitions to drive change from the top down. Leadership Development: Coaches and supports leaders to become effective change agents within their teams. Stakeholder Engagement: Identifies, analyses, and engages stakeholders to ensure buy-in and reduce resistance. Communication Design: Crafts clear, timely, and targeted messaging to support awareness and understanding of change. Training and Capability Building: Designs and delivers training programs that equip staff with the skills and knowledge to adopt new ways of working. Change Impact Assessment: Evaluates the impact of change on people, processes, and systems to inform planning and mitigation. Risk Mitigation: Identifies and addresses change-related risks to ensure smooth implementation and adoption. Measurement and Evaluation: Tracks adoption metrics and feedback to assess effectiveness and inform continuous improvement. Collaboration and Integration: Works closely with project teams, HR, communications, and business units to embed change management into delivery. Skills and qualifications Solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process. Experience with and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent active listening skills. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to establish and maintain strong relationships; and ability to influence others to move toward a common vision or goal. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations. Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere. Forward looking with a holistic, system thinking mindset and approach. Organised with an inclination for planning strategy and tactics. Able to work effectively at all levels of an organisation. Must be a team player, and able to work collaboratively with the team and others. Acute business and political acumen, and ability to quickly understand organisational issues and challenges. Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project life-cycle. Experience with organisational change efforts.
