We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Assistant to join our growing team.
You will be responsible for managing conveyancing files from start to finish and assisting with general property-related matters.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Minimum 1 years' full-time conveyancing experience.
* Ability to manage residential, commercial and off-the-plan transactions independently
* Experience with PEXA, Duties Online, and LEAP
* Strong knowledge of property settlements, mortgage discharges, caveat preparation, and transfer documentation
* Excellent time management, communication, and client liaison skills
* High attention to detail and ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively
* A professional and client-focused attitude
* Permanent residency and right to work in Australia
Key Responsibilities
* Manage conveyancing files from instruction to settlement (including PEXA workspace management)
* Prepare and lodge documents via Duties Online and PEXA
* Liaise with clients, agents, banks, and other legal representatives
* Draft and review standard property documents, including contracts, transfers, and lease documents
* Handle general property law administrative tasks, correspondence, and settlements
* Maintain accurate records in LEAP and ensure efficient file management
* Provide high-quality service and maintain ongoing relationships with clients
Your Skills & Attributes
* Proven experience in conveyancing and property transactions
* Proficiency in LEAP, PEXA, Duties Online, and Microsoft Office
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational and multitasking ability
