Responsibilities:
* Work autonomously while contributing positively to the wider team.
* Deliver high-quality trade work across plumbing, electrical or refrigeration disciplines.
* Perform scheduled maintenance, corrective works and emergency reactive response.
* Investigate and troubleshoot plant requiring rectification.
* Coordinate and lead small-scale projects as required.
* Operate safely and professionally on active sites.
* Keep accurate records and documentation of works performed.
* Assist in the provision of on-the-job training for apprentices.
* Support other trade disciplines as required to ensure team success.
Minimum Requirements:
* Relevant trade qualification (Plumbing, Electrical or Refrigeration / Air Conditioning)
* Appropriate licences for their specific trade discipline (QBCC/Electrical Workers/RHL)
* 3+ years hands-on, post-trade experience strongly preferred.
* Confident using digital job management systems, reporting platforms and compliance documentation.
* Strong work ethic and pride in neat, compliant workmanship.
* Problem-solving mindset.
* Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
* Australian residents only.
* C-Class Drivers' licence.
