We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Manager to lead a team and drive operational excellence from our Northern Melbourne-based office.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing wholesale operations, preferably within licensing or general merchandise markets.
About the Role
As a key member of our senior leadership team, the Wholesale Manager will oversee a team of six, including Sales Coordinators and Customer Service Representatives. The primary responsibilities include:
* Leading and mentoring a team across sales coordination and customer service
* Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and operational KPIs
* Supporting the sales team to manage key wholesale accounts and build strong client partnerships
* Overseeing order processing, fulfilment, and end-to-end customer experience
* Collaborating closely with licensing, product, and logistics teams
* Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements
Key Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess:
* Proven experience managing wholesale operations
* Strong leadership capabilities with a hands-on management style
* Excellent relationship management and communication skills
* Highly organized with a commercial and strategic mindset
* Ability to work full-time, on-site, five days a week
