About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to be a trusted go-to for HR guidance, champion of our people processes, and key player in ensuring our teams feel connected, supported, and set up for success. You will work across both our Clarkson and Osborne Park offices, providing HR support across the business and upholding our culture and values.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide HR support across the business, managing the employment lifecycle, including onboarding, probation, performance reviews, and engagement initiatives.
* Oversee training and development, ensuring all staff meet compliance and skill requirements.
* Maintain employment documentation and compliance, including records, audits, and legislative requirements.
* Lead WHS, ensuring incidents, safety requirements, and reporting are managed effectively.
About You
* You are a people-focused communicator who is warm, approachable, and confident supporting employees at all levels.
* You have high-level administrative and business skills with strong computer literacy.
* You possess a Diploma in HR (or working towards it) and can manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
* You are a culture champion who genuinely enjoys building engagement, supporting development, and creating a positive employee experience.
