About the role

Join our team in Brighton where you'll support the Reception functions across Paxton sites, delivering exceptional administrative and hospitality services while ensuring visitors, contractors and employees have a first‐class experience.

* Deliver a variety of reception administration tasks, including stationery orders, car bookings and valets, ordering consumables, processing Installer Scheme requests, handling post, and restocking first aid supplies.
* Co‐ordinate new starter and leaver processes to ensure smooth transitions across all sites.
* Manage travel, accommodation and entertainment bookings as needed.
* Support Global Sales and Support teams by placing literature and stock orders.
* Assist with hospitality services such as distributing milk, fruit and snacks, organising meeting food orders, and working with catering staff.
* Set up and clear meeting rooms, audit stock levels, and ensure supplies are appropriate and in date.
* Contribute to continual service improvements for hospitality and reception functions.
* Support the Helpdesk system, ensuring clear communication and appropriate delegation of tasks.
* Process invoices through the Purchase Order system, ensuring correct allocation for budgeting.
* Work closely with the Health & Safety team, completing core tasks such as fire and first aid compliance, and reporting hazards or breaches.
* Respond appropriately to reception, facilities or H&S‐related issues, including emergencies.
* Deliver world‐class customer service to all visitors and colleagues.
* Build strong working relationships with departments, managers and Directors.
* Support the implementation of Equal Opportunities and Health & Safety policies.
* Carry out any additional duties appropriate to the role.

What are we looking for?

* Experience delivering excellent customer service in a customer‐facing role.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships at all levels.
* Attention to detail, problem‐solving ability, and confidence using Microsoft Office and systems.
