The Job Responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional patient care across ICU and emergency cases, prioritizing their needs and well-being.
* Support advanced procedures, such as ventilation, arterial lines, transfusion medicine, and critical monitoring.
* Collaborate closely with a team of ECC nurses and vets to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Gain exposure to complex cases, including snake envenomations, trauma, and post-op critical patients.

Your Requirements
* A Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology qualification.
* A minimum of 3 years' nursing experience, with a strong preference for ECC experience.
* A passion for critical care and ongoing learning, with a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments.
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
* Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
* A Diploma or qualifications in ECC or Elevate ECC program is highly valued but not essential.
