Ability to take culinary leadership and continually turn our raw ingredients into a menu that reflects our food ethos of sustainability and minimal waste. Maintain our nose-to-tail approach with our proteins while utilising seasonal ingredients sourced from local producers that provide our guests with exciting and memorable dining experiences based on market expectations.
You'll need to be a natural leader for our kitchen and restaurant team. manage our inventory, maintain a clean & safe working environment, track budgets and menu costs, juggle, smile, laugh & cry. (All the usual stuff)
