As part of our growth plan, we are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our well established and high performing team based in Brisbane.
As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for overseeing existing client accounts, identifying and developing current client accounts, and managing end-to-end recruitment within your given area of specialisation.
**Core responsibilities**:
- Market mapping and lead generation activities
- Provision of best practice recruitment solutions to new and existing clients
- Maintenance and enhancement of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
**To be successful, you will need**:
- A proactive, professional and consultative approach to work
- Excellent rapport building and networking skills
- Tertiary education and previous experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment would be beneficial
