In this role, you'll deliver expert installation and maintenance on Kyocera printers, MFP's, MFD's and associated software.
You'll manage a dedicated territory, providing quality service to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Perform new Kyocera equipment and software installations in conjunction with the Installation Specialist
Manage a dedicated territory and provide expert service to clients
Conduct client training on equipment
Respond efficiently and courteously to internal and external customers' requests for assistance with software and hardware applications
Travel to client sites to resolve technical issues efficiently and professionally
Promote Kyocera's professional image through excellent customer service, competent service procedures and respectful communication
Maintain accurate service data and manage spare parts and consumable stock effectively
Escalate ongoing technical issues to the branch Product Specialist
Complete all assigned service calls and documentation accurately and promptly using Salesforce
What We're Looking For

Service experience in maintaining printers/copiers
IT and Software experience preferred
Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
Proven organisational and time management skills
Valid driver's licence
National Police Check will be required
Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite and service management tools (such as Salesforce)
Proactive, independent and adaptable to changing priorities
