Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Building Supervisor located in Adelaide. The Residential Building Supervisor will oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring quality control, adherence to schedules, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, coordinating resources, conducting site inspections, addressing challenges, and ensuring successful installation of SipFormTM modular panels. The role also requires effective communication and collaboration with contractors, stakeholders, and team members.
Qualifications
* Current SA Building Works Supervisor Registration for Class 1 up to 2 story
* Proven Supervisory Skills, with the ability to manage teams and coordinate on-site activities effectively
* Skills and knowledge applicable to residential construction and modular building systems
* Effective Communication skills for collaborating with contractors, clients, and cross-functional teams
* In-depth knowledge of construction safety standards and regulations
* Organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
