About the Role
Reporting to the Forensic Manager, you will:
* Undertake forensic site investigations into residential and commercial structures
* Diagnose structural failures, identify causes, and propose remedial solutions
* Prepare clear, well-structured forensic reports tailored to client requirements
* Engage with clients such as insurers, loss adjusters, lawyers, and homeowners
* Assist in internal peer reviews and provide guidance to junior staff where required
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard
* Maintain accurate documentation and compliance records
* Contribute to business development through strong client service and communication
Skills & Experience Required
* Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (essential)
* 1–5 years' post-graduate experience in Australia
* Strong technical writing and reporting skills
* Exposure to structural investigations, building remediation, or design is desirable
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Ability to manage project deliverables and work autonomously when required
* High attention to detail and a commitment to professional standards
* Willingness to travel to sites across NSW (with flexibility to work from home when office presence is not required)
