Our client, a national allied health provider, specialises in disability support across the lifespan and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Paediatric Speech Pathologist. Salaries starting at $90,000 - $122,000 + Salary Packaging + NFP Benefits

Your Role
- Deliver evidence-based, person-centred therapy to children and adults with disabilities within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Manage a diverse caseload, supporting clients, families, and carers to achieve their goals.
- Conduct assessments and implement tailored intervention strategies.
- Provide therapy across various settings, including clinics, schools, homes, and via telehealth.

Salaries starting at $90,000 - $122,000 (inc. super) + Salary Packaging
- Salary Packaging includes:

Manageable KPI's: gradually increase your caseload when you start to 25 billable hours a week

External PD Allowance $1000 + 10 days paid PD leave
Fortnightly or Monthly 1:1 Supervision with a Senior Speech Pathologist with 6+ Years Experience
Fortnightly peer meetings : meet with other SP's within your team to receive EXTRA clinical support with your caseload
Weekly scheduled team meetings, complex case discussions and project work
On-site parking
Admin team to take care of bookings and billings so you can do what you do best!
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- SPA membership
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Driver's license and own vehicle
