Account Manager
who thrives on responsibility, problem-solving, and building strong partnerships to help us take this impact even further.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll take ownership of the critical return process for life-saving medical goods. Working closely with hospitals, drivers, and customers, you'll make sure every return is coordinated quickly and efficiently, overcoming challenges along the way.
You will:
* Manage a portfolio of accounts in the medical device and healthcare industry – maintaining relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
* Collaborate with Operations and Customer Operations teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery of our services.
* Develop a deep understanding of client needs, products, and supply chain challenges.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity, building strategies to stay ahead and win new business.
* Analyse supply chain processes, recommending improvements to drive efficiency.
* Provide commercial and operational insights, supporting tenders, pricing, and client presentations.
You will bring:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
* 3–5 years' account management experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain (medical device experience highly regarded).
* Proven ability in B2B negotiations, client engagement, and sales growth.
* Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills.
* A track record of meeting sales targets and identifying new share of wallet opportunities.
* Understanding of commercial levers such as revenue models, rate cards, cost-to-serve, and P&L.
* Experience implementing and managing contracts and agreements.
