In this key role, you'll take ownership of generating new business opportunities, building a strong referral network, and promoting high-quality conveyancing services across the region. Your Responsibilities Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the local property and real estate sector Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, mortgage brokers, developers, and other referral partners Coordinating and attending face to face meetings with potential clients Manage a sales pipeline and report on lead generation and conversion metrics Attend and represent the firm at networking events, expos, and property functions Collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing strategies and campaigns Maintain up-to-date knowledge of conveyancing services and property transaction processes Your Skills Previous experience in a business development, sales, or client relationship management role, ideally within conveyancing, legal services, or real estate Strong network within the South East Victoria property market is highly desirable Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work autonomously Understanding of property transactions and conveyancing processes is advantageous Our client is offering a very competitive base salary car allowance uncapped commission for the right candidate.
