Responsibilities of Role:- Preparing ingredients cooking (e.g. slicing, cutting, marinating etc) - Cooking food items according to menu - Ensuring food is cooked according to portions - Discussing menu ideas with head chef and upper management - Demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures - Working cohesively in a team setting - Adhering to OH&S; standards and procedures.
To be considered for this Role:- 2+ years experience in a similar position - Trade qualified -
Fast thinker and swift in the kitchen - Good communications skills.
