We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Career Advocate to join our team. As a Senior Career Advocate, you will play a key role in providing operational support to assist our caseload and develop participants' capacity.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing one-on-one coaching and implementing person-centred interventions
* Co-designing career roadmaps with young people including goals and timeframes
* Developing relationships with community organisations, local stakeholders, and employers
* Identifying and creating employment opportunities and pathways for participants
Key qualifications and skills include:
* Experience in Employment Services
* Experience working to and achieving KPI
* Passion or experience in working with young people from a variety of different backgrounds
* Results-driven and motivated individual with a high level of initiative
* Excellent administration and time management skills
