As a HR Consultant AO5 you will leverage your experience and communication skills to work in partnership with business group leaders, and the broader human resource team, to deliver contemporary HR advice and initiatives. Your digital literacy capabilities will support collaboration and projects that make better use of data insights to inform workforce strategy, and build organisational capability with a focus on wellbeing, belonging and developing leadership capability.
As a HR Officer AO4, you will provide administrative HR support to the Business Partner team and clients and contribute to projects that build organisational capability and efficiencies. You will engage your curiosity and interest in learning and exploring, the tools available in O365 including Sharepoint, PowerBI and Power Automate to drive business improvement.
We work closely across the broader People and Performance team with colleagues in Organisation Development and Analytics, Corporate Governance and Risk and Integrity and Workplace Relations teams. Our People and Performance team lead programs and initiatives that make a big difference in a high-performing department.
