About the role
You'll work closely with our install teams to supply and install reverse‑cycle systems, ducted gas, evaporative coolers, and split air conditioners in residential homes. The role suits someone who's organised, takes initiative, and can think outside the box to deliver top‑notch results.
What you'll do
* Install and commission heating and cooling systems in residential properties
* Diagnose issues and problem‑solve independently to keep jobs moving
* Run your own jobs when required and support training of apprentices
* Collaborate with team members to ensure safe, high‑quality outcomes and great customer experiences
What you'll bring
* You must have the right to work in Australia
* Current Refrigeration licence (ARCtick)
* Current Australian driver's licence
* Eagerness to learn; prior experience is an advantage but not essential
* Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* Asbestos Awareness Card
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
* Honest, reliable, and highly organised with strong problem‑solving skills
* Great people skills with both customers and teammates
* Experience across residential and commercial refrigeration is a plus
