We’re partnering with a well-established organisation to find an experienced Reporting Analyst to support ongoing systems improvements and deliver high-quality insights across finance operations. Sitting within a centralised finance systems team, you’ll play a crucial role in developing reports, streamlining data processes, and enabling better decision-making through robust data analysis. This role is best suited to someone who enjoys digging into data, working across Oracle databases, and delivering meaningful reports that support financial and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain regular and ad hoc reports for finance and business stakeholders Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyse data from Oracle databases Translate business requirements into clear reporting outputs and dashboards Work closely with finance and non-finance teams to support data-driven decision making Maintain data accuracy and consistency across financial reporting processes Support month-end, year-end and budgeting activities through data and report delivery Identify opportunities to automate or enhance existing reporting processes Contribute to system and reporting-related projects, including testing and implementation Maintain thorough documentation of reporting processes and data definitions About You: Minimum 2 years' experience in a reporting or data analysis role Strong SQL skills, with hands-on experience working in an Oracle database environment Solid understanding of finance processes and how they flow through ERP/reporting systems Experience delivering reports and dashboards to non-technical audiences Excellent attention to detail, with a strong commitment to data integrity Comfortable working across both BAU reporting and project-based initiatives Strong communicator with the ability to translate data into insights For more information and a confidential discussion, please apply.
