The Role
- Manage civil projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, time, cost and quality targets are achieved
- Lead site teams and subcontractors, driving safety and performance across all stages
- Oversee project budgets, cash flow and contract administration
- Manage programming and scheduling, ensuring smooth delivery and reporting
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with councils, authorities and service providers
The Criteria
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering civil infrastructure projects in Australia (Adelaide experience highly regarded)
- Strong client and authority relationship skills
- Solid commercial acumen, with demonstrated contract and cost management experience
- Confident communicator and leader with a focus on building positive project teams
