Job Description

Navitas Skilled Futures (NSF) is seeking an Employment Programs Manager to join the team to lead program delivery, client services, and business growth, while ensuring positive employment outcomes for our students.

The Employment Programs Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of employment programs delivery, client services and business development across the business.

You will liaise closely with the General Manager to ensure sustainable financial growth of the Employment Programs through the provision of industry-leading skills' training.

The role ensures the delivery of programs and services to meet business, program, contractual and regulatory compliance requirements.

Qualifications

The person we seek will ideally have the following:

* Experience in management of employment programs and the training sector
* Proven ability and experience in planning, coordinating and delivering high-quality and contractually compliant programs within a regulatory environment
* Proven business development skills
* Demonstrated client-focused, flexible and innovative approach to program delivery
* Demonstrated effective leadership and management of teams
* Demonstrated ability to effectively foster and manage change and innovation
* High level of interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
