We have a key role available for an experienced professional to drive quality and innovation in our Fresh Produce portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, while also developing new products and improving existing ones.

About You
The ideal candidate will have qualifications in agriculture science or horticulture, or equivalent working experience. They will display a keen interest in agriculture and have ideally spent time working on a farm in a growing or production capacity, with fresh produce or meat.
You will also have:
* Technical management experience
* High care experience is highly desirable
* An understanding of labelling and ingredient declarations
* Proven experience in supplier management, investigations, traceability, audit response and data analysis
* Understanding of food safety requirements, ethical and sustainability platforms
* Demonstrated understanding of Fresh Produce Supply Chain
* Strong planning, time management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills
This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
