Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and maintain client relationships with Japanese corporations.
As an Associate, Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for achieving profit targets by collaborating with business and product partners, initiating RORA improvements and profit growth within your designated portfolio, supporting department KPIs and team objectives, and serving as the primary contact for client communications and visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 7+ years of experience in financial institutions, accounting firms, consultancies, or equivalent roles.
* Degree in Banking, Commerce, Finance, or Accounting; relevant qualifications preferred.
* Experience in sales and marketing with knowledge of banking products and managing corporate clients.
* Experience working with international clients is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills for clear financial reporting.
* Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong influencing and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent Japanese language skills are preferred.
