Staff Management
* End‐to‐End HR: Oversee recruitment, training, and performance monitoring.
* Capacity Planning: Ensure sufficient and suitable staffing levels are maintained to meet all operational requirements.
* Training Induction: Lead the induction of current hires and the ongoing retraining of existing staff to ensure site‐specific mastery.
* Performance Oversight: Monitor output and address any performance concerns promptly and professionally.
About You
* Proven experience in operations or team management (cleaning or service industry experience is highly regarded).
* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse workforce.
