Due to an internal promotion this once in a lifetime opportunity now exists to join the Recreation and Leisure team as part of Team Stirling. You'll lead a large, multidisciplinary team, shaping the future of recreation facilities across 22 unique locations. You'll drive service improvement, champion a safety culture and deliver innovative services that make a real difference to the lives of our community.
What You'll Be Doing
* Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing team based on a service structure
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders as well as various community groups to maximise utilisation of multiple spaces
* Oversee all operations across all 22 Stirling Leisure facilities
* Leverage technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery
* Manage operating and capital budgets, contracts, and supplier relationships
* Deliver industry best practice in our facilities to ensure client and staff safety

Qualifications
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a strategic leader with a passion for recreation and community wellbeing. You'll ideally bring:
* Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Proven experience managing large teams and facilities
* Strong interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills
* Advanced IT and report writing skills
* Tertiary qualification or substantial experience in Recreation or a related field
