Description
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Full-time Retail Sales Assistant to join our team at MUJI Knox. As a Full-time Retail Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations. The roster schedules available are Sunday to Thursday, or Tuesday to Saturday.
Responsibilities
* Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services
* Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds and exchanges accurately
* Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal
* Monitor inventory levels, and supervise and assist in restocking shelves as needed
* Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention

Skills and Experiences
* Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fast-paced retail store environment
* Leadership experience with an ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback is highly advantageous
* Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers
* Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
* Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks
* A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries, late night trade, weekends and public holidays
