We are looking for a Lawyer to join the Maroochydore office on a fixed‐term basis for 12‐months.

We are looking for a Lawyer with a strong client service focus, personable approach, and commitment to social justice. Ideally, we are looking for someone with 2‐5 years PAE, and welcome applications from individuals who are experienced and passionate about Personal Injuries law.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include running personal injury files, working collaboratively with colleagues, contributing to the development of legal strategies, engaging with clients throughout the lifecycle of their claims, attending court and mediation as required, and maintaining high standards of legal work and compliance. You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service and outcomes, with a focus on progressing matters efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in Workers' Compensation, Public Liability and Motor Vehicle Compensation claims (preferred).
* Demonstrated capacity in executing business development.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with experience providing high level client service.
* Demonstrated proactive approach to file management.
* Experience working in a high‐volume work environment.
