The Role
We're seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead our team of section waiters, bringing Forbes-standard service to life on the floor. This is a people and guest role focused role— perfect for someone passionate about service, coaching, and creating meaningful guest moments.
This role provides the opportunity to develop and grow into an Assistant Manager role within 12 months.
You will:
* Working on the floor, guiding the team and ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience
* Shadow, coach and train section waiters in real time
* Run daily briefings and ensure team focus is aligned
* Monitor guest satisfaction and service flow on the floor
* Give and receive constructive feedback to grow team capability
* Review guest reviews and implement improvements
* Uphold HACCP standards and food safety compliance
* Foster a strong, collaborative team culture
What You'll Bring
* Previous experience in a premium dining or hotel bar environment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A calm, confident and positive presence in service
* Passion for food, wine, and delivering elevated guest experiences
* NSW RSA and full Australian working rights
* No WHV as we are looking for a more permanent placement in this role
* Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
