Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with a passion for variety, collaboration, and making a real impact?
We're partnering with a leading global insurance company to find a Team Assistant to support their Operations Resilience & Procurement function during an exciting time of growth and transformation.
12 Month Fixed Term Contract Initially

About the role:

You'll work closely with the Operations Resilience & Procurement team, reporting into a new manager who is still embedding into the business. It's a dynamic role that requires someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident managing a wide range of administrative responsibilities.

Key responsibilities include:

* Monitoring the procurement inbox and e-filing documentation
* Administering SharePoint sites for both Procurement and Operations Resilience
* Managing contract workflows, including DocuSign processing and uploads to the contract management system
* Using JIRA to follow up on tasks, manage incoming requests, and track the backlog
* Supporting regular team meetings, taking minutes, and tracking actions
* Creating and refining presentations for monthly stakeholder meetings
* High-level reporting and updates to the team manager

Who we're looking for:
* Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Confident working independently and proactively in a fast-paced environment
* Able to adapt to change and learn new systems quickly
* Ideally experience in procurement, contract management, or business support, but not essential
* A team player who thrives on variety and collaboration
