Then you could be the perfect Network Manager - Work Health, Safety and Security (HM5) for our service. Specifically, we're looking for a Network Manager with relevant qualification and / or overall experience in a senior leadership position managing a range of work health, safety and security risks and the implementation of control strategies in a health care setting or similar. Someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of management, governance, legislation, and contemporary standards as well as oversight of WHS, security and risk management systems. - Relevant qualification and / or overall experience in a senior leadership position managing a range of work health, safety and security risks and the implementation of control strategies in a health care setting or similar
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of management, governance, legislation, and contemporary standards as well as oversight of WHS, security and risk management systems
- Demonstrated experience in providing support to an organisation in order to meet organisational objectives, compliance with internal and external audits and key performance indicators.
- Proven ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment
- Demonstrated high level communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to: work effectively at all levels of the organization; influence and drive outcomes, through persuasion and the ability to gain respect and creditability with management and employees
- Current drivers licence and a willingness to travel in accordance to the demand of the position
