Join the Healthy Ageing Research Team (HART) and support research that makes a real difference to communities across Northern Australia. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and brings strong organisational skills to a busy research environment.
About the role
You'll provide day‐to‐day administrative support to ensure smooth delivery of HART's activities, including:
* Coordinating logistics for field and outreach trips
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding of casual staff
* Managing diaries, meetings, agendas and minutes
* Responding to enquiries and providing quality customer service
* Completing accurate data entry and maintaining records
* Assisting with event coordination and general administrative tasks
