Your key responsibilities will include:

* Exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets by selling Salesforce solutions into ECS accounts within a defined portfolio of public sector organisations.

* Managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close, ensuring delivery against key performance metrics.

* Focusing on both new business development and expanding existing accounts.

You will identify and research key accounts and public sector verticals to develop a targeted go-to-market strategy and generate qualified opportunities. A strong pipeline will be built through a combination of outbound activities, including cold calling, email campaigns, and leveraging public sector insights.

Engage with prospective organisations using value-based selling techniques, including business case development, ROI analysis, customer references, and industry data. Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Executives, and Partners to manage the entire sales process.

Deliver short-term results while maintaining a long-term view to maximise overall revenue growth. Ensure all customer and pipeline data is accurately updated in Salesforce. Provide accurate monthly forecasts and revenue reporting.

Key Requirements:
