We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in a newly created role.
This position will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner (BP) and report directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop capabilities and skills within the HR function.
* Develop and implement HR frameworks, plans, and timelines, including criteria for measuring successful strategies.
* Execute projects such as policy development, leadership development programs, attraction and retention initiatives, and new HR software implementation.
* Monitor emerging and current HR issues and trends, providing advice and direction for company policies and procedures.
* Develop HR strategies and plans to build employee engagement and support future business objectives.

About You:
* Prior experience in a senior Human Resources role is essential.
* Excellent people management skills and experience.
* Ideally, you will have completed qualifications in Human Resources.
* Extensive experience and expertise in Industrial Relations.
* Prior experience implementing strategy and executing projects.
