Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Performance: Drive overall branch performance through coaching, mentoring, leadership, and direction of a highly engaged team.
2. Sales Activities: Lead sales activities to achieve business objectives by actively identifying cross-sale opportunities.
3. Customer Experience: Deliver a brilliant, consistent, and engaging customer experience; ensuring that your team understands the importance of seizing every opportunity to build customer advocacy.
4. Branch Management: Ensure that standards, procedures, and systems remain in place across the branch.
5. Strategic Development: Manage performance & strategic development of the branch and its relationship with the wider Retail division.
