About the team –
The Logistics team plays a key role in delivering the Site Strategy and Facilities Branch goals and objectives. Logistics provides a range of services to assist business areas with their day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include Fleet and Transport Services, Asset Management, Mailroom services, office equipment purchasing, and warehouse management.
About the role –
As the Logisitics Coordinator you will be responsible for asset management functions including yearly stocktakes, data consolidation, asset transactions and reporting. You will support the Logistics Manager with contract management tasks including invoicing and support the team with fleet, mail, furniture, stationery and pest control requests.
You will work as a part of a high functioning logistics team to deliver services that align to our strategic goals and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
About you –
The successful candidate will have
* Experience in asset management
* Experience in contract management
* Excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to balance competing priorities in a calm and efficient manner
* A Forklift licence or ability to obtain one
* Light Rigid / Medium Rigid license or the ability to obtain one
