Offer description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

* Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships.
* Collaborate with various departments to achieve common goals.
* Respond to all incoming inquiries within agreed timeframes.
* Ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.
* Identify and resolve customer concerns or patterns in collaboration with relevant departments within agreed timelines.
* Effectively handle queue calls and process requests received from multiple sources.
* Offer support to internal and external customers.
* Develop cross-functional skills in customer service areas.
* Provide updates to the Customer Service team as required.
* Be flexible with break times to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Assist the Customer Service Manager as needed.
* Prioritize continuous skill development.
* Maintain a positive attitude and treat all staff and customers with respect at all times.


Requirements:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including professional telephone etiquette.
* Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to exceed customer expectations.
* A genuine desire to deliver exceptional service to customers.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
* Effective conflict resolution skills and confident communication abilities.
* Capacity to identify and resolve problems (customer or internal).
* Intermediate computer and keyboarding skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
* A customer-centric approach, with the ability to build rapport with internal and external business stakeholders.
* Team-oriented mindset and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment.
* Proactive and self-motivated individual.
* Punctual and reliable.
* Previous experience with CRM systems, call center software, and workflow management tools is an asset.
