Our Role
Working as part of a small team of 7, we are seeking a reliable Accounts Administrator for a full-time position (consideration to be given to a part-time position for the suitable candidate) at our Bowen Hills office.
The list of duties includes, but are not limited to:
* Managing accounts mailbox
* Managing inbound queries
* Accounts payable invoice data entry
* Reconciling supplier statements
* Setting up new creditors in our system
* Maintaining subcontractor data & their insurances
* Subcontractor retentions & bank guarantees
* Assisting with accounts enquiries
* Ad hoc accounts administration as directed by the Accounts Manager
Jobpac software, project trust accounts and/or construction industry experience is favourable but not essential.
