What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and support the delivery of enterprise-level network infrastructure projects.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the Network Team to ensure high-quality service and issue resolution.
- Manage network planning, development, and performance across a large, complex environment.
- Facilitate quality analysis and problem-solving across multiple initiatives-balancing priorities and stakeholder needs.
- Deliver exceptional customer-focused support and elevate issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with ICT colleagues and external partners to ensure efficient service delivery across remote and regional sites.
About You
- Relevant industry certifications or tertiary qualifications.
- A strong understanding of enterprise networking technologies (switching, routing, VPNs, firewalls, wireless, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in network design, architecture, and project delivery.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities.
- A passion for continuous improvement, collaboration, and driving business outcomes.
