We are seeking a skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Laurieton NSW. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial cookery, excellent culinary skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a wide range of dishes, managing cooks and kitchen staff, and contributing to menu planning. They will also be responsible for ensuring food safety and OHS requirements and achieving all safety, hygiene, and food quality standards.
