**About the Role:**

This role is based at Caboolture Special School, a school culture centred around respect, inclusivity, and continuous improvement, where every team member contributes to a shared vision of success for all learners.
The successful candidate will be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team approach including teachers, teacher aides, therapists, and wellbeing staff working together to support student outcomes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Teach students with diverse learning and physical needs in a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning space.
* Develop and implement individualised education plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.
* Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality educational programs.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Australian working rights or valid visa.
* Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply (include practicum reports, mentor statements & unofficial transcript).
