What You Will Be Doing
Road Maintenance (2 Positions – HR + Traffic Control)
* Carry out general road maintenance tasks
* Operate HR vehicles safely
* Assist with traffic management on active worksites
* Support the crew with day-to-day civil labouring duties
Asphalt Crew (2 Positions – White Card Essential LIVING AWAY FROM HOME)
* Assist with asphalt preparation and laying
* Operate basic tools and equipment
* Perform general labouring duties
* Contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient worksite
What Will You Need?
For Road Maintenance Roles
* HR licence (essential)
* Traffic Control ticket (essential)
* Previous civil or road maintenance experience (preferred)
For Asphalt Crew Roles
* White Card (essential)
* Asphalt, labouring, or civil experience (advantageous)
For All Roles
* Reliability and strong work ethic
* Ability to work in outdoor environments
* Physically fit and capable
* Immediate availability
