Key Responsibilities:
* Meet or exceed client service metrics

* Develop and maintain strong agent relationships
* Coordinate and host training sessions via MS Teams
Requirements:
* Proven customer service experience
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Familiarity with P&C insurance
* Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
* Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and solve problems effectively

* Experience with flood insurance and major NFIP WYO platforms
* Salesforce experience
* P&C license
