About the Role
We're looking for a Senior or Heavy Intermediate Accountant to join the Business Services team. You will work closely with a successful leadership team to manage a diverse portfolio of clients, including some with turnovers exceeding $200m, as well as international clients, complex multi-entity groups and UHNWI
Your responsibilities will include:
* Preparing financial statements, tax returns, BAS/IAS for complex entities
* Exposure to advisory work
* Direct client contact
* Collaborating with Partners on high-level strategy and advice
* Contributing to a strong team environment and mentoring more junior staff where appropriate.
Skills & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
* 3+ years in Australian public practice (intermediate to senior level)
* CA/CPA qualified or in progress
* Strong communication and client engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and thrive in a transparent, collaborative environment
* A genuine interest in learning, adding value, and being part of a team
