A day in the life:
* Support the Product Managers with hands‐on administration of the full product lifecycle, from product build and maintenance to trip evaluation
* Coordinate accurate product load on systems and websites
* Assist with pricing, inventory management and flight estimations
* Review advertising material and customer travel documentation
* Communicate product updates with internal sales and marketing teams
* Assist internal teams with product Q&A and timely delivery of passenger manifests and travel documentation
* Liaise with suppliers before and during trips to ensure smooth tour operations
* Conduct post‐tour quality evaluation and elevate customer feedback
Who you are:
* Exceptional attention to detail
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, GDS and travel systems
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Strong work ethic and time‐management skills
* The ability to adapt to fast‐paced environments and change
