Role Overview
This is a true end-to-end sales administration role, supporting multiple agents and managing listings from appraisal through to settlement.
Responsibilities
* Preparing listing documentation, Form 6s, disclosures, and ensuring compliance
* Managing marketing campaigns from pre-market through to launch
* Coordinating photography, videography, floorplans, copywriting, and signboards
* Uploading and maintaining listings across REA, Domain, and internal systems
* Acting as the key point of contact for sellers throughout campaigns
* Preparing offer documentation and assisting with contract processing
* Liaising with solicitors, buyers, and sellers through to settlement
* Tracking key dates and ensuring smooth transaction progression
* Managing CRM (Agentbox) records, campaigns, and database accuracy
* Providing administrative support across 3–4 agents
Qualifications
* 2–3+ years' experience in residential sales administration
* Strong knowledge of QLD contracts, compliance, and processes
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines
* Proactive, accountable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
