We are looking for Front of House Managers to lead our crew, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction.
The Front of House Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining the store and contributing to the continuous improvement of the business.
Responsibilities
Lead and delegate tasks to front-of-house team members, ensuring high standards of guest service and value for money.
Provide clear direction, coaching and support to team members to deliver consistent, enjoyable customer experiences.
Oversee daily store operations to maintain cleanliness, efficiency and smooth service flow.
Respond empathetically to guest needs and complaints and implement appropriate resolutions.
Support performance improvement and efficiency in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Qualifications
Prior leadership experience is required; ability to lead and delegate tasks to others.
Empathy in handling guest feedback and requirements.
Understanding of the hospitality industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Passionate about food, results-driven, and capable of leading people and performance in a fast-paced environment.
