Our client is a leading national builder of residential homes focussed on individuality, innovation and lifestyle. The brand has been established over 25 years and continues to grow as a builder of choice increasing their display village presence.
We are seeking an experienced housing supervisor to join the team focussing on the Ipswich corridor of Brisbane.
**Role**
- Managing the building schedule / programme
- Liaise with clients and construction support team
- Manage sub-contractors to deliver homes as per building documentation on budget and on-time
- Manage quality, compliance, accuracy, defects and handover
- Manage the smooth flow of trades
- Manage OH&S procedures and policies, inductions
**Person**
- Trade qualification and QBCC Site Supervisor licence
- Excellent track record of managing simultaneously a number of new builds within Australia with a volume builder or alike
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure
- Knowledge and management of OH&S procedures
- Ability to work both autonomously and within a team framework
- Excellent communication skills, computer literate
- High attention to detail and knowledgeable of the BCA and tolerances.
