Facility Assisting Role – Assistant in Nursing / Personal Care Worker (Disability or Aged Care)
We are looking for an experienced Assistant in Nursing or Personal Care Worker to provide high‐quality, person‐centred care to residents in disability and aged care settings.
Responsibilities
* Deliver the highest quality, person‐centred care to residents.
* Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope.
* Ensure clinical quality compliance standards are met.
* Work within a diverse team to deliver best practice clinical care that supports and enhances residents needs and well‐being.
* Provide clear and concise handover from shift to shift.
Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Nursing or a related field, or equivalent.
* Up‐to‐date Police Check.
* Valid Australian Working Rights.
* ABN (if required for self‐employed workers).
