Job Description

As a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll be a supporter, a strategist, a behaviour detective, and occasionally the person who teaches everyone to breathe again after a breakout.

Your work will be meaningful, hands‐on, and genuinely life‐changing for the people you support.

Responsibilities
* Evaluating, developing & delivering evidence‐based support plans
* Creating meaningful goals using a positive behaviour support framework
* Building capacity in the people who support our participants, families, carers, friends, support workers
* Working alongside a brilliant multidisciplinary team
* Championing the reduction (and elimination) of restrictive practices
Qualifications
* Hold a degree in allied health or a related field
* Have experience reading, implementing, reviewing or creating behaviour support plans
* Hold NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner status
* Don't yet have BSP registration? That's okay - we can help you get there
* Have a genuine passion for disability support
* Have experience working with complex and challenging behaviours
* Love working with people and love writing
